I like everything about TCS except Salary/Compensation

Salary is too low compared to the market but the main part is TCS doesn't care about it. They will get good people even if they are loosing you. In fact, they always have great talents in their benches.

There is no job security Boss having affair with one of the staff and fire complete team without notice and hold almost 6 month salary.

Culture is not good As the boss of company is having affair with one of the staff of company

Best place to experience person, if you not want work in pressure than this company is your type.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

The team I am part of is great. We collaborate efficiently, sharing knowledge, and support each other to achieve our goals. It's a motivating and inspiring environment to work in.

While I appreciate the opportunity and the great team I work with in TCS, the salary is really below industry standard.
