Appraisal and salary hike is super difficult, if you have worked for product company previously then definitely you wont like tcs for some reasons. Try to join tcs at the time you wanna get stability in life. 3 month of notice period could be a hurdle for you to find a new job

Zero dislike except salary of its resources who join it in the beginning and give 5 years of their life

Oh ! I want to give zero rating if available. So much less salary in TCS, even a labor has more salary. No work and life balance. 7% salary hike is maximum. TCS runs mostly on Govt. contracts. Poor Management and Bad, unhuman behavior by management I experienced and heard from other employees in approx. all locations. Can't imagine this Tata brand might be so unhuman to employees.

Poor culture, no or less pay hike, less chance to move within tcs, no accessories like headset will be provided company ask individual to buy it. Technical knowledge and experience will not have respect. Anything can be done by Trainees attitude by management

...t go for it. You will never neglect to be a tcser. Job security is at top level. Yes salary is less comparing to another organization's but once you are in tcs you will get thousands good offers til that you can enjoy your life with tcs.

All people's are good there. Just only thing I disliked is you will not get the location you want at first priority and also the project. They will allocate you according to there needs.
