Nothing much, But yes just want to add one thing that slow pramotion cycle and law increment in salary.

Work culture, job security and everything is good , a perfect job for those who don't want increment and growth just go and work and come home without any tension.

Career growth and salary increment You will get same salary from the date of joining to the resigning from the company. All fake news tcs increasing employees pacakge and double salary, totally fake Just stand outside TCS and ask employees about their growth and salary increment hike percentage You will get real news

The job security which we have in TCS is very good and the culture of TCS is fantastic and we can do work balance as long as it is work from home

We don't get any salary hike or any promotion or any appraisal I am working with TCS but since last 3 years but my salary is still not that hike. It is still same

...imely. .over all there is a organizational politics specially in TCS e serve . . Even salary increments are not too good but that's okay but after if we are searching for growth and try some thing new than no support from management . . TCS provides the values for individuals growth but practically tcs bps didn't follow that values the only perpose to get hired in TCS BPS is for production and quantity.

...k from home.they have provided pc to those who were not having to do their work. Even internet cost is given by the company during monthly salary.

To be honest, you will get bore after 6 months or so. As you are facing the pc most of the time doing processing.
