Job security is best in TCS. Only join the company if it is your first priority.

...e balance. Supervisors do not allow employees working under them to take leaves. Moreover, many times they make everyone work on weekends (you don't get recognised or extra pay for it). In addition, they create big issues over a trivial problems. I would never recommend anyone to work here.
When you are working for tcs then you don't have to worry about lay offs as tcs is know for its job security they don't do lay offs. Also tcs gives upto 12 lakhs health care support to you and your dependents(spouse, kids, parents).
...agile egos HRs are useless af and RMG are the worst people in this organisation. And they will pay you peanuts.
They mostly have support and maintenance projects. They will force fully map you in a project without even telling and discussing with you about the project like (tech stack, shift timings, location , client etc) for them you are just a resource your interest and skills doesn't matters to them.
Since the new CEO has joined this organisation he ended wfh, hybrid so now everyone has to go 5 days a week. There is no flexible timings and even if you leave 5-10 minutes early from your daily billable hours then they will check your check in, check out timings and deduct your leaves and apply half day because you left 5 minutes early and didn't complete your 9 hours.
They will expect you to do four days work in a single day and will never compensate you for your extra effort. they will give single digit hike to everyone.
If you ask for leave they will make a face like you asked them to give their kidneys. They don't give you release from your project or transfer to the city you want.
Job security is good, learning opportunities good, policies are employee friendly.

Working culture totally depends upon project to project but salary compensation and appraisal is very low. Learning curve depends upon employee since TCS gives lots of opportunities to learn. Job security is good you just have to be compliant to all policies. Make wise choice, if you just starting your career don't consider TCS, if you are experienced then you can definitely consider.
Everything:
Politics/Seniors/Working Environment everything is shit.
Compensation for freshers is dead, if they hire you with experience, you can get good salary, but as a Fresher it's not good.
Managers are real AH
Our company prioritizes sustainable growth and compensation. While we may not offer highest percentage hikes in the market, we ensure competitive salaries , performance- based rewards and comprehensive benefits to support and value us.
