Teammates with whom I worked are very helpful. They are co-operative. Career growth opportunity is there in this company. Work environment is excellent and there is scope of balancing work and life but it all depends on your portfolio in which you are working.

Dislikes

compensation is low as compare to similar grade in peer companies in same industry. It takes time in getting promotion.

Work life balance, job security.

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

Every thing is good but Salary for freshers is worst and that too with worst promotion. If you are coming from different company with 3 to 5 years of experience than it is good. Also Shift timing in many projects changes every week which badly effect your health.

It's a great company for the people who have experienced. And job security is the best part of TCS. I am not saying work pressure is less but less than other MNC companies.

Salary scale for freshers. Promotion and increment is too less .

No work pressure, but if you are ambitious enough in life then this cannot be the place for you.

Worst salary giver across industry No hybrid work culture Politics in too much visible and they all do it infront of you. Because they know Senior Management will support them. No growth with same project. Management have their favorite kids, they want them only to grow. It doesn't matter how much u work hard you will never get your dues.
