-Negligible Hikes -50 to 70 percent deductions in quarterly bonus -Promotion based on duration and not on achievements -No clear differentiation in terms of hike and appraisals between top and average performers -Visionless leadership. - policies are considered as rule book and HR don’t go by situational circumstances

Promotions are on hold at all levels for 2 years now. Even the top performers with A band not getting promoted and salary hike is 2-4%. All this in the name of difficult market conditions, meanwhile CEO getting near to 30% hike, hypocrisy much? Is TCS management turning away from famed TATA ethics?
