...e and more women inclusion. Senior leadership needs more women and more empathy. Salary across is extremely low and this is a problem across BFSI companies. Promotions are very slow and that's demotivating leading to loss of good talent.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

Lot of learning opportunities, one can learn anything as per wish and organisation literally force you to be updated with latest trends and techs

Extreme level of beauricracy , those who can see your performance cannot decide on your compensation or appraisal ratings, lot of unknown people's in critical decision making..
