The job security is tremendous!

Dislikes

They don't pay you even if you are worthy. They are losing some of their best employees just because of the low package. They pay you the lowest and the management shows under performance to allocate proper resources in appropriate domains.

Office culture, work projects, hybrid system and environment of work is healthy

Dislikes

Promotions, was less and salary benefits not up to the mark but it's nice.. and as usual for contract employees job security is T20.

...an. It has ample amount of learning opportunities. Every process is very smooth. Salary always on time.

The only con is the hikes are too low as compared the rising inflation.

Good work environment and culture. Carrier growth average. Company policies are too good and job security. Appraisals are not fair enough and avarage hikes.

Salary is decent but Career growth is too slow. Management doesn't care for employees issue, lot of politics there.

Had very good learning experience in RPA and it depends on the project assigned. Work culture is good.

Concept of T factor increase which doesn't add any value to career in long term. Career growth is very good and but salary hike is slow
