The company has a very good management professional and HR to reach for the change of project or in any support. Good work culture. For skill development there is lot of opportunities either in digital applications or in IRC with some very good books.

Dislikes

Following the same hike percentage for freshers and lateral entry is not fair. Even after 8 years You could see that the person often switch has greater pay scale than the person who is loyal to TCS. In Promotions manager would play a political game there.

Only for guys who talk like working but really they don’t work. One of the worst companies ever seen. On paper the best company but reality the worst to those who only work hard but conveyed they don’t work by their supervisor. Guys who talk less and work more don’t come to this company. Your life will be at threat. After this hybrid culture with project from other states guys getting mixed which is a worst experience. Instead of getting release from project you work better resign and search for job. Because HR won’t support you only their project supervisors and their client they don’t care about us

Work life balance, comfort zone, if you don't car about the technology and hikes then you can enjoy.

Dislikes

No salary hikes for 2 years if you join April or may, final anniversary appraisal cancelled HR will not respond and very rude.
