Less Salary Treat you like a servant No job security they can kick off any time. No Saturday/ Sunday off No holiday off, you have to came on diwali, holi , independent day in corporate like a security guard. No cab No food And sometimes toilet have no water or soap And on one location tcs have lots of rats in canteen i saw during night shift.

...ce towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.
