Promotions & salary hike is horrible. Long working hours. Toxic HR politics. RMG will not be helpful in finding our preferred role inside.

...nteract with Employees on appraisal cycle. Worst Hike 1.5% or 3%. No promotions. Salary provided is less than average of market. Do not join as fresher. Engineers don't succeed in their career if they keep working in Support projects.
