...od company, but the leads are not well trained, unable to manage resources. Ned to improve salary structure, people are leaving the organization

Except job security, nothing is great. No work life balance. Bad annual hike, management is not good.

Job security as even illiterate and free loader can work as software engineer till they retire.

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

It has low work load due to enough support staff and job is secure as TCS will never ask to leave unless there is a major policy violation.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

...ment is near impossible. Promotion will be heard rarely. Lots of hidden charges. And the most important, you will never get salary given in offer letter, it will be short by around atleast 2 LPA or more than that only.
