Project politics, On Site Politics, No tickets assignment to remove visibility from Infront of top management. In my project Cloud Architect is in Australia. He gives onsite opportunity to the people who belongs to the same City as he is. Architect is in more power then Manager, very worst experience. Zero learning They have changed the Appraisal policy for Lateral they will gets appraisal after two years, HR lies during HR call, but when the time comes for appraisal they will share policy path asked to keep quit.

Job Security is the key factor to stick to this company which gives you little bit of flexibility + work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary... TCS is failed to give financial security/growth to its employees. People with great experiences are struggling here for hikes n financial growth.

... for the freshers and experienced one can look to settled into the organisation. Everything is good, apart from salary increment and yearly compensation.

Hate is a strong word. But I would say lower hike and high politics would be the reason for hate.

Low compensation, board room politics, incompetent managers, demotivating leads, strict dress code, low quality canteens, delayed promotions, flawed appraisal process, non cooperative HR, non transparent policies, uncertainty in corporate decision making, low hikes and many more..

You will be learning a lot if you're in Data Science and Big Data Analytics as TCS client base is huge and there are lots of projects

Dislikes

Salary hike is very minimal (4-6%), so in terms of pay growth, it will be really really slow if you continue to work with TCS
