The most important aspect is that TCS values it's customers and clients. Any job needs to be done with integrity and on time. No delay in any part is tolerated. My boss in the Corporate team was very friendly and use to help us gain knowledge in every area. He use to provoke us to take more responsibilities. Boss like him is very rare to find. They have a very good HIS policy which is very helpful to the employees as the benefits are provided at a very low cost compared to the market.

...rom other department however that use to go unnoticed at the time of appraisals. Compensation is ok but growth is very slow. Lots of politics happen in the team during appraisals.

Less Salary compare to work. More Variable contains in Salary. No quick promotion. Transportation issue. No Hybrid work. Work life balance is not that good.

Every thing is good but Salary for freshers is worst and that too with worst promotion. If you are coming from different company with 3 to 5 years of experience than it is good. Also Shift timing in many projects changes every week which badly effect your health.

No work pressure, but if you are ambitious enough in life then this cannot be the place for you.

Dislikes

Worst salary giver across industry No hybrid work culture Politics in too much visible and they all do it infront of you. Because they know Senior Management will support them. No growth with same project. Management have their favorite kids, they want them only to grow. It doesn't matter how much u work hard you will never get your dues.
