Worklife balance, Job security. Not much good things to say about TCS.

...er account or within the domain. But, that's it. Only false promises to the end. As far as the salary goes, they expect us to live on pennies. You can expect same for salary hikes. If they get you a highest performance band, max you would get is 10%. So, for associates like us who joined as freshers, we don't get a 2k/pm hike with the best band.

TCS is the best for job security only and nothing else.

We cannot change the project. In hand salary is much less than as per CTC, too many extra deductions. No work life balance. Less learning in new technologies. If you are good in technical, then you will have to spoon feed others who are coming from non-cs background, due to this you will not be able to get some time for extra learning and other activities. Difficult to get the leaves. No extra compensation and benefits. Too many meetings to just fill the excels and to complete the mandatory trainings, it is really really terrible.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.
