...lack of skill people working in a project. One person have to work for others. Poor salary hike No promotion after associate consultant

Haven't had nothing much to like in the last 1.5 years.

...ff with shortened timelines and expectations to stay late and work over weekend. No hike in first year of joining. Quarterly Variable payout is not transparent.

.... Fake promises by manager and no accountability to honour their commitments 3. Poor salary structure 4. Policies are also very bad, when you dont have project odc in india and project failed to provide seat in nearst tcs office still you need to comply with wfo policy. They wont give you exception. 5. Over mail manager gives assurance to retain person but still won’t honor.

Overall experience is good in this company as learning opportunities are excellent and we can grab certification with free vouchers and work life balance is also good but depends on client too.

Salary and increments are not that good as company brand value.

Good work space to experience in tcs as the company is good if the team members and team lead are good then it's great to work with tcs Thanks to the team that I have been working in tcs

Nothing as it seems to be good culture but regarding salary the increments won't happen immediately but it takes years to build an intrest and earn the increments as per my knowledge
