Have a earned leave concept which can be encashed after 30 - 40 leaves are collected. Good upskilling platforms are provided. - Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
