Flexible work timings Ideas generation and implementation Very helpful senior manager , always checking the way how we work to see if they can improve the process and I don't think this is micro management. It's manager job to reduce repetitive tasks , Good leaning opportunities for freshers Shift allowance

For Audience please make a note. If you make profit from file 'A' = 100 and you make profit from file 'B' = 120 & now you make loss from file 'C' =20 no such adjustment is acceptable as loss in file C will reflect Rebate in your salary with immediate notice. There is no Escape to loss no matter to your profit and loss balance sheet reflecting profit. Humble request to Experienced candidates to make a through research of your career before joining TBO. As one will regret after joining and rethinking after a year to move ahead as an escape to TBO Trap.

The work culture is terrible, no matter how dedicated you are in the work you will be disowned for raising your voice against the management. Employes are of no importance to them specially the VP Garima Pant and the operation manager Ms. Preeti bindra. Working here is like donkey labor.
