...n to work with because of their unethical work culture and company politics. They hire pawns not employees, expect them to work anytime in a day without compensation (including weekends). Too much work pressure as they have low bandwidth and their work is not organised. Management is rubbish! They don’t even know how to talk or behave in a professional work place. Most unprofessional I interacted with was Vaishali Sharma and Neeti Sejwal. They must still work there cause no one else would hire them elsewhere with this attitude. Micromanagement is at its peak here. They track every single thing you do that makes an extreme unhealthy work environment for an employee affecting them mentally. No personal or financial growth here. The website they use is trash. This company is not recommended at all. I left here in just 3 months after so much frustration. Management’s behaviour got even worse after I resigned that I even got threats from senior manager. I couldn’t even complete my 2 month’s notice period with so much toxicity that I had to abscond in the middle of my notice period. Mental health is more important than handful of money.

If you make profit from file 'A' = 100 and you make profit from file 'B' = 120 & now you make loss from file 'C' =20 no such adjustment is acceptable as loss in file C will reflect Rebate in your salary with immediate notice. There is no Escape to loss no matter to your profit and loss balance sheet reflecting profit. Humble request to Experienced candidates to make a through research of your career before joining TBO. As one will regret after joining and rethinking after a year to move ahead as an escape to TBO Trap.
