It is a Blue collar slavery job inside office Salary is credited whenever they wish. So many of them are leaving the company in very first month. Hr is useless here only manager and CEO words are effective.

They don't have any vision every month they will be changing the upcoming projects. There are plenty of negative things to say about this company. So what I suggest is before joining just go to company see the campus then talk to your teammates and then decide. Please ignore even if you get a high paying Job here.

Work is good only groovy, data mapping and manual work. They don’t have much projects coming in.. All projects getting failed due to wrong picking up of projects.

...t support Learning, no bonus, no benefits,salaries are not up to market value. CEO himself kept in group to work 24/7 all required employees within the pay they offer.

...ics of this incapable organization. One of the worst company I have ever worked. They will take the money from Employees for their business to be running but they wont pay the amount to employee. If the employee ask for their money they speak about rules but they wont pay a penny also. Even the CEO / CFO / HR team / Finance Team know that I have paid 27,700/- from my own pocket and finally when I left the company they said who asked you to pay. That much worse this organization is. I dont want this review to be anonymous coz everyone need to know what happened with me and my Name is Vijay Korupolu. Anyone check your emails / records now and let me know if I am incorrect. Everyone are irresponsible and incapable in this organization. Do not join this company.

Sravani only considers family members and close friends for job opportunities, bypassing more qualified candidates. - She consistently considers the opinions and needs of her family members and close friends over others. - She has created a culture of exclusivity, where those outside of her inner circle are excluded from important discussions and decisions. This behavior has resulted in low morale, high turnover rates, and a general sense of dissatisfaction among colleagues. It is imperative that Sravani's behavior is addressed, and a more inclusive and equitable work environment is fostered

No support from seniors and managers No support from HR department they know about all politics and they don't care about it Especially in support team manager sravani is very rude she wants only their relatives wants to work in the company she can do any thing for that.She spoiles our carrier and future.
