It is a Blue collar slavery job inside office Salary is credited whenever they wish. So many of them are leaving the company in very first month. Hr is useless here only manager and CEO words are effective.

Dislikes

They don't have any vision every month they will be changing the upcoming projects. There are plenty of negative things to say about this company. So what I suggest is before joining just go to company see the campus then talk to your teammates and then decide. Please ignore even if you get a high paying Job here.

Work is good only groovy, data mapping and manual work. They don’t have much projects coming in.. All projects getting failed due to wrong picking up of projects.

Dislikes

Company don’t support Learning, no bonus, no benefits,salaries are not up to market value. CEO himself kept in group to work 24/7 all required employees within the pay they offer.

There is no positive in this company. Better not to join. I have worked for 21/2 years in this company like a donkey for day and night as a Team Lead but this company really sucks. I have just worked only coz of my Manager but not able to bear the worst politics of this incapable organization. One of the worst company I have ever wor ked<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They will take the money from Employees for their business to be running but they wont pay the amount to employee</mark>. If the employee ask for their money they speak about rules but they wont pay a penny also. Even the CEO / CFO / HR team / Finance Team know that I have paid 27,700/- from my own pocket and finally when I left the company they said who asked you to pay. That much worse this organization is.
