Nothing to like in this organisation. Who are working for tata motors for pv and cv don't have any value. You are just work force for tata motors.

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.

Every Saturday Sunday holiday is good to spend time with Family. No. Of Training are arrange and available for skill enhancement.

We are not Happy in working in Tata Motors. Variable pay is not getting completely due to dependent on rating Bell curve.

...client site clueless and with no respect avoid these company if you have offer. Salary comes on time but you wont feel motivated to work avoid TML projects

Worst company no wlb project manager are useless and treat you like a slave . Avoid if you are at tech side java spring

Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

Hectic work culture usually between 9 to till night until work completion.high work pressure and no increment for first 2 years and after that min increment.
