Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.

I’m in a situation and need some guidance. I have a job offer with: CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total. Location: Chennai (not ideal for me). Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer.
