... like Saibal Mazumdar will not allow him to do anything. Work culture is toxic. They will get their work from u but at the time of appraisal they dont raise salary. If u take 1 and half days of sick leaves ur manager will stalk u on the order of ur reporting manager which is offensive. Generally ur appraisal meeting is with ur manager and u but here they keep the appraisal meeting with ur immediate manager, team lead and other peoples. Which is humiliating. Here peoples dont want to teach u anything and if u ask them anything the reply u will get always is that nobody has taught us why will we teach u. The people not only their thinking is orthodox they even behave like that also. The people dont trust you and will see for each and every moment where they can boss u. This all make u demotivated and humiliated. Even if u dont believe me then and want to come to the Jamshedpur then try not to come to the TDCV team.

The team mates in my project are good. Our project manager is quite understanding. Also in my current project ,there is a lot of scope for learning and gaining expertise on tools.

Salary growth and annual hikes could have been better.

You have to work on client site and follow the client rules. As a individual I came here with lots of expectations but it is ok to have get paid on time and go home . Didn't expect much more from the organisation.

... next time we will to ur appraisal. Promotion every 5-6 years. 4-8% hike yearly. Every possible cost cutting done, from monthly salary to promotion, sports to other co curricular activities. Overtime and Sunday working is normal here. They will never appreciate ur hardwork and time. Politics and groupism at peak. Age/ Seniority wise promotion or hike done, rather experience/ knowledge/ performance.
