Though is a service based company, the level and amount of work done is no less to an OEM in itself. For someone willing to work through and scale up the technical ladder has enormous potential due to the way the company engages with its clients. There is a level of trust reposed on every individual at every level and sufficient enablers are in place to help individuals take up more roles and responsibilities. Is a good company for those who are willing to put in the required efforts to get the job done. Rest assured, one will be a transformed individual with the quality of work thats done here at the organization.

...urity quotient. Being on bench is always a risky proposition for any individual. This apart, salary/appraisal is below par compared to the industry standards, with no variable pay awarded for almost 3years now to this date. Company policies are very ambiguous with many being derived in a way a manager/HR finds it suitable. None of the options such as child care, free food, team outings, further education assistance, soft skill training, etc., are available for employees.

Work culture and Work-personal life is balanced. No pressure as such. Work ethics is followed.

Dislikes

... don't encourage for any certifications, training programs or skill development. Salary hike is a joke as management states company bearing loss. Company is running in loss from last 6 years or so.

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.
