Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

Hectic work culture usually between 9 to till night until work completion.high work pressure and no increment for first 2 years and after that min increment.

Work-life balance is easy to maintain if you work in ODECs. It is another thing if you are at client location.

Salary hikes are mediocre. There are limited opportunities to learn unless you are posted at client location.

No brand in market, no projects, no fixed location job, no training, work life balance depends on projects, company has no firm rules or policies on employee engagement

There is a lost of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign on the job trai ing is given to new joinees
