Nothing to like in this organisation. Who are working for tata motors for pv and cv don't have any value. You are just work force for tata motors.

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.

Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

Salery increment and job culture is as third prty. No any HR to listen you properly and everytime if any issues then rise a ticket on portal and most of time unsetisfectuon

It's having the qualities of a Tata. Job security is the main thing. Provides breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner for employees at company cost. Worklife balance depends on projects. For me it is best.

Salary growth is a little bit slow Work culture can also depend on projects

Poor HR , No salary hike for perosn working more than 10 year, No market correct was done so far, No perk benifit will be getting like other IT compaines,

Worst compensation change at appraisal period. No promotion till 4 or 5 years. Not At all good for diploma holders to work in this company due to Billability issue. No learning and domain keeps changing no steady work in a perticular domain.
