Very bad performance appraisal and increment. Everytime they deduct variable pay saying business targets not met. While people are giving 100% billable time. How csn they reduce variable pay.

So many leaves, yet you cannot take all leaves Work timing is good. You get the evening for yourself Canteen and transport facility Not recommended for experienced

Literally no promotion and no salary hikes. Inflation is increasing by 20% and our salary is increasing by 3-4%. Oh but work also get increased without salary hikes. Bin pagari full adhikari. Projects will get increased year by year and yet no salary. You can see discrimination among team members. I was working with perl, but the perl they use is not used anywhere. So working here is just waste of time. No skill development and more time you spend here, the more it becomes difficult to get a new job. Manager will make you feel guilty if he is coming to office for you but will make you come to the office daily. Also later, will start coming to office daily because of his favourite employee. Saturdays are working if you are at the client location

Unnecessary hiring freshers & experience, even internal employee are on bench. No Job sequrity. No salary hike No project Internal politics.

Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.
