Salary is bad hike is bad too much workload. Sometimes they ask to work on weekends too without compensation. Managers are horrible

Hectic work culture usually between 9 to till night until work completion.high work pressure and no increment for first 2 years and after that min increment.

...e scrap people don’t know what they are doing. Knowledge transfer is not at all. Over all not recommended even company offer attractive salary. If u don’t care … ur focus is only salary then I believe your are screwed.

Teammates are very cooperative. Lots of big clients to work with. Flexible benefit plan is good compare to other.

...as on bench. Manager behaviour was very rude. I am not appreciated for my work. No perks and benefit other than salary.

-VARIABLE PAY FOR THE YEAR IS PAID IN AUGUST. THEY BROUGHT A NEW POLICY WHICH SAYS VP IS PAID ONLY IF A PERSON IS ON PAYROLL ON THE SALARY DAY OF AUGUST. SO YOU MUST CAREFULLY PLAN YOUR SWITCH. - hike is only given when you join the company. year on year hike is 5-7% - people are hired without telling them work would be at a client location. - march to march is a the hike cycle. Hike is given in August. - Managers completely forget you after sending you to client. End of the year they will come up with your performance has not been good and resuce ratings. - HR teams are a joke. They don't respond to any teams message or mails. They are just in company to create rangoli and pookalam.
