Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. If you are working here then it's total waste of time and carrier because you will be dragged by superior person you never get growth here it's better to avoid here and even you work here will get exploit here

There is a lot of politics here and management doesn't address our issues salary is also poor slow growth

Staff were very supportive and Housing provided by company was good.

Company was stressed the salary processing time in 2014 was delayed by two month never got salary on time after aquisition by tata steel all are good now

Salary. Low in hand salary as per ctc, no accomodation facility specially for new joining. Double HRA facilities for locals but not for whom out side.
