Tata Steel is repitated Company and its also take care of their emplyees does not matter that employees are on pay roll or contract basis.

Good thing about TATA is work-life balance.no overtime strictly 8hours job.

...all facilities such as bus, canteen, mediclaim and yearly performance bonus etc. There is no life for contract employee in terms of salary and career growth even though 90% company is run by hardworking contract employees

Worst company to work with. Before it was my dream company to work with. I appeared in AET exam to get job here. But unfortunately I got permanent job and then my bad luck started. Many times in a month went to depression because of this job.

If anyone want to work in LDP Coating in Tata Steel Khopoli in Quality department make sure that you want to do career in that field. Because hierarchy and the working atmosphere at that place is terrible. No growth, less salary hike, no promotion if you are working in quality department.
