Good thing about TATA is work-life balance.no overtime strictly 8hours job.

Dislikes

Those who are on company payroll enjoys all facilities such as bus, canteen, mediclaim and yearly performance bonus etc. There is no life for contract employee in terms of salary and career growth even though 90% company is run by hardworking contract employees
