... is good for good performer and also helps them in ther career progression path. Work culture is good in bits and pieces, it can be still improved a lot, salary structure can be strengthened further. Experience profiling to right place in right time is to be strengthened.

Rather, I would say ISWPL is a good place to work with. Transparent feedback with right career development plan has to be put in place. Skilled based recruitment is what required for organization rather then making multiskilling. It us important to be multi-skilled but not in technical grounds where you need experiential knowledge to crack the issue.

...in Tata steel. They are maximum vendors. The middle man are taking all benefits. The worker who are doing so hard labor they are getting so less salary.

Tata Steel mostly take his first priority to the slogan safety first and also maintain his quantity control and take necessary steps against his workers and as well as employees.

In Tata steel Kalinganagar, there is no more focus on Project workers like his salary,pf,esic, bonus and leave and f and f is either paid or not paid.

After the demise of Ratan Tata, Tata Steel is no longer a place to work anymore. The Stupid HR policy, Forced Retirements, reduced number of leaves are the new normal. The only good part was the OPD medical facility which be discontinued from April onwards as well.

Less work life balance. Excessive and unnecessary paper work. Bossy culture especially after Tata Take over. No shop floor experience and guidance from seniors except few seniors. Pathetic union culture
