Good thing about TATA is work-life balance.no overtime strictly 8hours job.

...all facilities such as bus, canteen, mediclaim and yearly performance bonus etc. There is no life for contract employee in terms of salary and career growth even though 90% company is run by hardworking contract employees

The person who works he get only work. The person not working and praise boss will get higher salary benifits. The most worst HR policy.
