...of senior officer. TSF supported us during lockdown through the following way: Job security, timely salary, ensuring and extended medical and insurance facility aginst COVID-19 etc.

Dislikes

Since TSF system is yet to established. Wherever TSRDS its followings: - Our approx 45 % time comsume dealing with account and procurement that would bound to less engagement with field/community. - It didn't have any clear carrier path, so very less carrier opportunity. promotion and ncremental policy. Some time transparency is also an issue during recruitment and promotions. - If management have limited leading position, they should at least upgrade the ones scales timely on behalf of performance, record and test.

...large amount pay for launch . Work culture is not good , not any satisfaction . Salary comes very little in hand . Doing extra hours duty with 6 days working .

Job security is good, if you don't work hard then you don't get good ratings but job is secure.

Dislikes

- very low pay scale - very low bonus - company doesn't follow any time line of increment of salary or bonus. - very slow HR department - management doesn't respect extra effort of employees

Tata Steel is repitated Company and its also take care of their emplyees does not matter that employees are on pay roll or contract basis.

Working in TATA Steel is very challenging and interesting, who completed there B.Tech and above they should join in TATA.

Dislikes

Low salary and promotion are hard to receive. GOOD BENEFITS WILL ONLY FOR BTECH AND ABOVE CANDIDATES. Note-These likes and dislikes are in my view.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
