Highly bureaucratic organization people working in MNC will feel this. Promotion is based on the vacancy within the dept, so no promotion eligibility.

Everything else is very poor . No career growth opportunities , below industry average compensation, negligible increment, negligible and very slow growth, poor work culture, company changed a lot in recent years. From once upon a time -people's company it has become nothing to do with people company.

Definitely my skills developed and I learn so many things technically.anybody can growth his career here.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow.on this job training is not given to new joinees

Policy are always based in market survey. Lake of self initiative.

Poor Salary, biased recruitment, biased promotion, too much politics, No rewards, diversity only for name sake. Favourism. No freedom of work, low innovation.
