Toxic work culture, biased approach when it comes to appraisal/promotion. Bosses are horrible they sit in your head & take undue advantage of brand TATA.

The company is open to innovation and readily adoptsletest technology. I love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable. High-qualityproducts and has a global client base. As a result.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day a Ihave to attend cliend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my seggestions most of the times.

Teammets are cooperative. Got getting training & having job security. Salary was best with appraisals & no politics. Work environment is good for motivation with balance in work life. Overall good company . If again get chance ready to again work with tatasky.
