1. No process, everybody do on their own and the output is terrible 2. Project leaderships is very poor 3. No value/respect to your designation, even the admin and HR team don't care about employees 4. Your concerns and complaints will be heard from your left ear and thrown from right ear 5. Affiliating with unqualified vendors and sub contractor leads to project disaster 6. You will be asked to achieve unrealistic targets without having the proper data 7. Employees basic needs itself not taken care by admin and HR team 8. You will face partiality and revenge from admin and HR team if you make any complaint on them

Compared to other Indian Construction companies, the work environment of Tata projects is far better.

Dislikes

...careers in the construction industry. there is very little learning for someone. there is no pay in this industry itself. Everyone that I have worked with in Tata Projects is like if we teach them then they will leave the company.

Salary is on time I.e. on or before 30 of each month

...strong, HR policy is not properly implemented, new employee will get frustrated due to site environment, no salary parity

...k Corona crisis .6 days a week , half day even on Sunday , 12 Hours work daily .Not full utilisation of talent , designation and salary is given but real work doesn't utilise full talent .

My name is balbir kumar, I had been working with tata project though a vander name( UNS) since last 1 year, I am a field engineer there.while covid -19 pandemic, the company supported there field employees very much.all these things really good of the management.

Salary hike not there , off role employees, off role employees facing lot of issues like salary hike. Career growth not there for off role employees.
