1. No process, everybody do on their own and the output is terrible 2. Project leaderships is very poor 3. No value/respect to your designation, even the admin and HR team don't care about employees 4. Your concerns and complaints will be heard from your left ear and thrown from right ear 5. The Good thing about TPL is the work life balance and the time to concentrate on our own things. Being a construction company it allows people to learn a lot .

Dislikes

The main thing is the location of job . U will be posted in one place , working in another place . For family oriented guys, working in TPL is a nightmare to settle a family with them in one place.The kind of rapport the DGMs and GMs are too biased.you won't get the proper recognition even when you work hard and make it fullfilled.
