1. No process, everybody do on their own and the output is terrible 2. Project leaderships is very poor 3. No value/respect to your designation, even the admin and HR team don't care about employees 4. Your concerns and complaints will be heard from your left ear and thrown from right ear 5. Affiliating with unqualified vendors and sub contractor leads to project disaster 6. You will be asked to achieve unrealistic targets without having the proper data 7. Employees basic needs itself not taken care by admin and HR team 8. You will face partiality and revenge from admin and HR team if you make any complaint on them

...k life balance is comparatively better than in other companies in this industry. Salary is above the average percentile.

HO involvement is very strong. 3 months' notice period.

Too much office politics and no salary hike on bare min hike...in Core Infra SBG. If you can butter your boss then only u'll get promotion early....hard working people don't get the proper value..in Core Infra.(railways and T&D)

...gues are very supportive. Ethics & policies is very strong in this organisation. Probability of every year salary hike 5 - 8%. Management are very supportive and transparent.

Salary and career growth is very slow as compared to other organisations.

Terrible work culture. Oiling your boss is the only path of increment. No family life. Don't go with the big name. It's a trap. No gentle man from a cultured family can survive here due to poor management policy.

Dislikes

They will hire a less experienced person, some times incapable and not suitable candidate with double of your salary in a higher position but they will never increase your ctc. Your loyalty or hard working will never be appreciated. Must know the politics to grow here.
