Timely salary

Dislikes

Too many dislikes, They give a salary package which may attract you but they are not giving any other benefits, which will reduce your actual package. It will only look higher in numeric term but increase your cost of living at project sites. Your tax liability will also be increased as the CTC is higher compared to similar organisations. Don't get into trap of position, as they give higher position at supervisory role. No respect will be given for your experience. Poor working culture. They will even not provide you the basic requirement such as PPEs. Often employees are purchasing their own PPEs. No work life balance, even off during public holidays are not given. Worst culture yet for me. Their policy and practices have a huge mismatch. TPL is a blot to Tata's name and reputation.

Good safety culture ,incident and any potential severe incident communication is being shared from top to down level ,They involve everyone including temporary staffs in any information sharing sessions and meetings .They provide good bus facility ,maintain neat and clean office , sufficient cook and helper in mess .although fooding has to be beared by candidate in his own expense .Rooms are good with accesories like a wardrobe almirah chair and table and cooler in summer and atleast 1 washing machine in a Mess .Drinking water is good .On Sundays they provide bus to staffs residing in labour colonies also for marketing purpose .(May vary from site to site ).One can learn a lot if willing and specially if under good mentors .

... of the year and u won't be able to avail it if u fall under a tyrant incharge .in third party they don't provide yearly bonus even if they do it is too little and not at a time .They will tell you that yes we will provide u with medical insurance benifit but I have seen people working over for a year and they didn't receive any details about their medical insurance card .Other benifits are their which payroll staff enjoy like family medical insurance yearly performance Linked reward ,personal 4 wheeler facility only for deputy manger level of course .I think major draw back is the third party recruitment system adopted by TPL .
