Good Company to work. Salary on time. Management will allow you to take long leave if you are placed in Project site

No increment, No promotion,only based on experience they will give promotion not based on working.

The work pressure is very high. Their is no hierarchy to do the work. Compensation is Not provided as per work experience. Managers do not value individual's strength.

Less projects now a days. company terminating by keeping you in "performance improvement Programme" in less than 1-3 months. Bad hiring policy. Poor management.

Poor and Toxic work culture at CMRL projects due to Top management issues . Dont care about Staff and workmen welfare measures. All Govt Holidays also need to work day and night. They will not provide the Basic PPE's also to staffs .
