Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which your cannot resign on the job training is not given to to new joinees

Management is poor . Don't know how to manage man power.

Dislikes

Partial of pernament employee and contract employee. Very less salary provide. No transportation available and not motivated and only work what output coming no result share about contract employee.

...m enjoying their posts, biased promotions, misleading in the name of bell curve. Surplus manpower therefore new joiner less entertained by department to put them in P1, P2 cut your salary in end of the financial year.

Its just the brand value

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.

... are so well that once you start working here it becomes difficult to switch. I am not at all exaggerating about the organization, the policies, salary, benefits apart from salary, org culture according to women, everything is too good. That is why I said inn the starting that working in this organization increased my standard.

I don't think that in my starting career I faced anything that becomes a dislike for me towards the organization. One must be smart enough to understand culture, people of the organization that there is no such problems created. You must be kind and gentle with everyone in the organization irrespective of your position in the organization.
