Worst company to work now. All cost cutting. Worst housing policy almost 50 percentage deduction in salary if Company owned accommodation used. No salary revision. Salary only shows high with pequsite. In hand is very less. Treasts employee like labours.

Performance pay and promotion policies needs to be re modified. 20 percent of salary is deducted as performance pay and depends on appraisal for yearly transfer of performance pay

Poor Salary, Huge Pay Gap, No incentives and Bonuses, Facilities and Perks are not as compared to other Tata Groups, Salary deducted if performance not satisfactory, you are expected to work on weekends and holidays also, in hand salary is 40% less than your ctc and many more
Job security, If your department don't has employee shortage than work life balance is no problem, Every 3 year you can change department within TataPower.
Remneration is low, Maximum increament per year is 8% which only few receives, company is so passionate about cost cutting that they have reduced their employee salary on the pretext that they are getting unnecessary allowances. There is job security but there is no increment or growth and no motivation. Company keeps decreasing the facilities being provided to employees. There is shortage of employees but they keep hiring diploma persons instead of Engineers.
