...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.

I am not at all exaggerating about the organization, the policies, salary, benefits apart from salary, org culture according to women, everything is too good. That is why I said inn the starting that working in this organization increased my standard.

One must be smart enough to understand culture, people of the organization that there is no such problems created. You must be kind and gentle with everyone in the organization irrespective of your position in the organization.
