Nothing much to talk about except for brand name Tata on your CV. Company doesn't qualify for being part of Tata Group.

Dislikes

...looked by management and there is no thought of improving any process or system. Poor salary increase and very slow career growth. Not a place for good performer.

Company wants to deliver a lot of facilities according to policies but many privileges are denied by project mangers and above.

Dislikes

We work at site in remote areas. Our allowances are very less. Being in office and being on site has no difference in salary but too much difference in work conditions, pressure, targets and exploitation by management.

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.

...t still scope of improvement for ground team 2. lengthy and complex processes 3. Less pay in comparison with the market 4. Operational work is a pain 5. Internal talent should be promoted instead of hiring lateral 6. Few departments still works in orthodox manner, need to change according to the speed of growing market and the company.
