Politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on th job training is not given to new joiners.

I am not at all exaggerating about the organization, the policies, salary, benefits apart from salary, org culture according to women, everything is too good.
That is why I said inn the starting that working in this organization increased my standard.
I don't think that in my starting career I faced anything that becomes a dislike for me towards the organization. One must be smart enough to understand culture, people of the organization that there is no such problems created. You must be kind and gentle with everyone in the organization irrespective of your position in the organization.
Worst company to work now. All cost cutting. Worst housing policy almost 50 percentage deduction in salary if Company owned accommodation used. No salary revision. Salary only shows high with pequsite. In hand is very less. Treasts employee like labours.
