Work is well but any kind of miss behav on live call with the customers company can permanently through out from the organization.

They have many employee benefit policy like longer maternity leaves, flexible work hours after maternity, employees benevolent fund, etc. Work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

No mentor for your job specific role. Very less pay and increments. Lot of favouritism and politics. Incompetent workers being down motivation. Promotions are the worst, there is a waiting of minimum 3 yrs in a specific role to apply for a promotion, which is then followed by interviews and then you get a minimal increment on that. Annual bonus structure is horrible.

I like the work-life culture and security of job till now.

Dislikes

Salary at supervisor, executive and middle management level is low. Rating and performance appraisal is biased and is dependent on God, you are not rated on the basis of your work, talent and efforts. I will not suggest anyone to start their career with Tata Power-DDL. It will choke all your dreams and desires.

Best place for learning purposes, if you are good at buttering your boss, u can go even upto CEO post.

Less salary, minimum manpower, maximum work load, office politics in appraisal rating, nonuniform distribution of work

People are supportive but when the thing comes to salary , everything become poor ...

Salary is too low to survive even the basic pay of Degree Holder is lower basic pay than Railway Group D employees(Not Graduate)
