Work place is pleasant. Although the team leader is helpful, management is not. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair, and on roll employees get good salary hike and bonus every year. There are not facilities for 10-12 year off roll employees.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good for 10 year experience employees and career growth is slow.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is nat given to new joiners.

I will be job in DEALERSHIP level so no. Job shurity. Low salary .no PF .ESIC .HRA benefits .SO WE ARE NOT SATISFIED IN THIS JOB.

...rk pressure is too high. Managers keep shouting to take calls one after another. As per work salary is not satisfactory. Politics on the floor is like one should make manager happy with food and other things and they will choose you for higher post regardless of your performance.

Tata motors is the best company for working. For all facilities are available their like transport,canting,good salary basis on our educational experience, also women security related activity training, good work environment & culture,
