incentives are not given time to time and even expenses are not given time to time.. its a target oriented job where you will not get expenses in time if you do not reach your target

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology. I love the fact that i am a prat of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has global client base

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day As I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times.

Trainers are good , learning environment I have learned more how to tackle the customer how to answer solve their problems, also got support of my team members etc.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high some times, compensation is decent but growth is slow

...e good but may not be at your convenience. Career growth prospects were limited. Salary was on the poorer side, appraisal were not transparent. There was work place politics involved.

...on and leadership quality which led to some boot-licker getting undue advantage. The salary and growth prospect were pathetic.

Work life balance is very good. Seniors are supportive. Company working culture is involving.

Dislikes

Promotions, salary to starting employees is less. Making good people on role after completing their temporary tenure is missing
