Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary

Salary gets credited 2 days before month end

Dislikes

Work life is not balanced. Everyday you have to extend after shift. Rating is purely biased. My reporting officers takes more CTC than me that means CTC for hierarchy is not maintained. No motivation no proper trainings, if trainings are scheduled but boss is not ready to send. No respect in the organisation for the officers who are serving the organisation sincerely.
